waveforms
»experimenting, de-centring, re-imagining
The following images, gifs and videos are a record of the evolution of waveforms. The project begins with quick and simple experiments in a wide variety of media from animation, drawing, metalworking, interactive sculpture, generative programming and more. Each experiment brings new insight and I begin to hone in on a few works to refine and exhibit to the public.
redshift - animation in Procreate exploring concepts of time, loss and expansiveness
field - charcoal and ink on newsprint. Experiment with concept of fields, particles and waves
uncertainty principle - generative program
still from redshift - generative program
3D model for particle based on "image" of photon
Schrödinger's Box - interactive sculpture
